RETURNS: We always want our customers to feel satisfied with their purchase(s). Every individual piece in our shop is created with love by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you STORE CREDIT ONLY (less shipping & handling), provided that you inform us in writing at email@example.com and return the original, unworn item within 3 business days. We do not accept returns after 3 business days, so please be sure to email us to arrange for a return of your purchase within this time period. We DO NOT provide refunds.
REPAIRS: You order is personally handmade with the highest attention to detail. We stand behind our superior craftsmanship. In the unlikely event repair is needed due to damage during transit, you may return your item for reasonable repairs within 5 days from the date you received your shipment. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your repair, otherwise no liability will be accepted.
In the event that we require the return of goods, then we reserve the right to specify the method of return. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we cannot repair or issue store credit in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Rebellion reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and/or returns.
SHIPPING: All of our items are handmade and most of our items are custom made upon order- (i.e. scarves, clutches, hats). Please expect 7 - 14 business days to create and ship orders, but review item descriptions as shipping may vary.
Items will be shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct/up to date, as we will not be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Rebellion will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
For international orders, please email email@example.com to discuss your order and shipping, which will be handled on an individual basis.
Items returned to us by USPS due to incorrect or partial addresses, or items not picked up from the USPS, will require additional payment to reship.
CHANGES TO LISTED ITEMS: Although we believe we have picked the best color and material combinations, we are happy to make substitutions (other than the listed options) for a more customized piece. There will be an additional $10 service charge for such changes, but that charge may vary depending on the materials desired and the complexity of the design.
